It's an integrated hot water heat pump water heater, which is specially designed for the need of sanitary hot water, applicable for kitchen and bathroom application. It uses CFC-free refrigerant R134A to absorb energy from the air, heating the water to a temperature maximum 75°C. It consumes 2/3 less electrical energy than a conventional electric water heater. It can be with water tank of 150L, 200L or 300L.

Q4: What are your terms of packing?
A4: Generally, we pack the heat pump in cartons or plywood cases. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the heat pump in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q5: What is your sample policy?
A5: We accept the sample order, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q6: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A6: Yes, we have a 100% test before we pack the goods for delivery.
Q7: How long is the guaranteed time?
A7: 3-year warranty on the whole unit. The spare parts must be non-humanly damaged, usually we give to customer 1.5% spare parts free of charge for maintenance if the container during the warranty period.
