A1: House heating/cooling heat pump, swimming pool heat pump, domestic hot water heat pump, commercial heat pump, etc.
Q2: How about your delivery time?
A2: Generally, it will take 35 to 40 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q3: What are your terms of delivery?
A3: Accepted Delivery Terms: FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW; Accepted Payment Type: T/T, L/C, Global Pay.
Q4: What are your terms of packing?
A4: Generally, we pack the heat pump in brown cartons or plywood. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the heat pump in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q5: What is your sample policy?
A5: We accept the sample order, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q6: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A6: Yes, we have a 100% test before we pack the goods for delivery.
Q7: How long is the guaranteed time?
A7: 3-year warranty on the whole unit. The spare parts must be non-human-damaged. Usually, usually we give the customer 1.5% spare parts free of charge for maintenance according to the order cost during the warranty period.
